Tow truck drivers see lots of accidents and crashes. Most of the time, it’s the usual fender bender with a damaged radiator or wheel that makes the car inoperable. Towing operator Glenn Rego describes a wreck that happened on Thursday Oct 25, 2012 that he describes as the worst accident he’s ever seen. It was a speeding Volkswagen bug near the coffee fields in Haleiwa’s Kamehameha Highway that crashed so terribly, the vehicle was split in two pieces. Wow. KHON2 news reports it in a video on their page.

(No blood or gore)
