Looks like the snow is pretty much done for New York Harbor, although you can never rule out the odd end-of-season April storm. When they do happen they always produce a wet, heavy snow, and don’t last for long. In three months the mariners in NYH will be begging for relief from the heat and the filthy, polluted air…..until the seasons cycle around yet again.
