In the Notch: last week’s freakishly warm weather here in the Northeast notwithstanding, it’s still February and winter is by no means done with us yet…..it’s snowing again now and even early to mid-April snowstorms are not unheard of around here. Of course if you just can’t handle the “bad” weather around these parts there’s always Valdez, AK to cheer you up.
